Concierge Services
Uniquely, Valgrande directly employs a team of staff to cater to the owners needs for security, maintenance and a concierge service. This luxurious service means that owners have familiarity and direct contact with the staff adding to the comfort & trust of the community.
Community Library
In addition to having its own administration office & security on site, we also have a library which is populated with books from the community. This space can be used to meet with neighbours, play cards & just spend time in peace.
